Dr. Reyansh Raichand

Age: 30 | Height: 6'2"

Role: Lead Cardiac Surgeon at AIIMS Delhi

Reyansh is the undisputed king of the cardiothoracic department-a towering, ruthless perfectionist who commands total silence the moment he steps into an operating theater. Armed with a 100% surgery success rate, sharp reading glasses, and a dark past he keeps buried behind an impenetrable wall of ice, he views medicine strictly as cold logic, numbers, and mechanical precision. He has zero patience for icompetence, handing out brutal punishments like 72-hour shifts or toilet duty to any junior who stumbles. Detached, calculating, and multi-millionaire by blood, he believes emotions are a surgeon's deadliest flaw-until a fiery intern from Bareilly systematically tears down every boundary he ever built.
Reyansh is a certified gym rat disguised as a high-powered surgeon. With his striking green eyes, dark raven curls, and cold, brooding intensity, half the female staff is swooning over him while the other half is terrified to make eye contact.

"A heart is just a four-chambered pump-predictable and precise. The moment you let emotion dictate your scalpel, you fail as a surgeon."

Dr. Tara Sharma

Age: 23 | Height: 5'0"

Role: First-Year Surgical Intern at AIIMS Delhi

Personality & Traits:

Tara is a 5'0" firecracker with a breathtaking hourglass figure, mesmerizing honey-hazel eyes, long hip-length hair, and a cute dimpled smile that instantly wins over every ward patient. Fresh out of Bareilly with her thick UP accent, kohled eyes, and silver nose ring, she treats the sterile, high-strung halls of AIIMS like her personal neighborhood. She is equal parts brilliant doctor and chaotic mess powered entirely by Kanha Ji's blessings, street-smart pride, and an endless supply of gol gappas. She has a terrible habit of adopting every poor patient in the ward, arguing with hospital security, and treating medical rules more like flexible suggestions

"Every single pulse is a sacred gift from my Kanha Ji! When a patient lays on that table, I'm not just reading numbers on a machine-I am serving a life put in my hands, and I will pray, fight, and pour my entire soul into saving them."
